High-content construction waste yard channel structure suitable for high-water-content silt foundation
The invention provides a high-content construction waste yard road structure suitable for a high-water-content silt foundation. The high-content construction waste yard road structure can be applied to airport yard roads of different grades. The high-mixing-amount construction waste yard road structure is located on a high-water-content silt foundation and sequentially comprises an improved road foundation, a granular material cushion layer, a water-stable lower base layer, a water-stable upper base layer, a composite sealing layer and a cement concrete surface layer from bottom to top. Except for the composite sealing layer, each structural layer material contains a full-substitution or high-doping-amount construction waste recycled material; the materials can comprise brick-concrete type construction waste and cement concrete type construction waste; and different positions of the structure layers correspond to different granular material gradation and particle sizes. According to the airport pavement structure provided by the invention, the construction waste materials are adopted to replace hill-skill stones, limestone gravels and other natural stones, and the technical requirements of each layer of the pavement are met through modification and other treatment modes, so that the airport pavement structure has positive significance in saving natural materials, efficiently reutilizing solid wastes and reducing the construction engineering cost of the airport pavement.
本发明提供一种适用于高含水率粉土地基的高掺量建筑垃圾场道结构,可应用于不同等级的机场场道。该高掺量建筑垃圾场道结构位于高含水率粉土地基上并且自下而上依次包括改良道基、粒料垫层、水稳下基层、水稳上基层、复合封层及水泥混凝土面层。除复合封层外,所述各结构层材料均含有全替代或高掺量的建筑垃圾再生材料;材料种类可以包括砖混类建筑垃圾、水泥混凝土类建筑垃圾;并且根据所处结构层层位不同,对应不同粒料级配与粒径。本发明提供的机场道面结构采用建筑垃圾材料替代山皮石、石灰岩碎石等天然石料,并通过改性等处理方式,满足了道面各层技术要求,对于节约天然材料、高效再利用固体废弃物以及降低场道建设工程成本具有积极意义。
