Compared with the scheme without the counter weight, the anti-overturning safety is higher, anchoring can be omitted by adjusting the number of the counter weights when several bridge decks of one bridge are installed, and construction is more convenient; and the device has a transverse moving and line transferring function, equipment dismounting and mounting during double-width or multi-width bridge construction are avoided, and the construction period and cost are saved.
