An anchor rod inner rod rotationally connected with the anchor rod body is contained, a grouting pipeline is arranged in the anchor rod inner rod, and a plurality of first grouting holes communicating with the second grouting holes are formed in the bottom of the anchor rod inner rod; the expansion assembly comprises a movable anchor fluke corresponding to the expansion hole in position and a movable block movably connected with the anchor rod inner rod, a first connecting base is arranged on the movable block and connected with the movable anchor fluke through a supporting rod piece, and one end of the movable anchor fluke is movably connected with the first connecting shaft. The problems that the anchoring force between an existing anchor rod and a soil body is single, and the drawing force is limited are effectively solved.
