The invention relates to a grouting process for a hard rock broken easily-collapsed stratum, which comprises the following steps: carrying out a geological improvement grouting test on a pile foundation, optimizing the positions and the number of existing grouting holes according to a test result, and arranging the positions of the grouting holes; and cast-in-situ bored pile construction is conducted, and grouting construction is conducted on the arranged grouting hole positions after pile forming. By conducting a geological improvement grouting test on the pile foundation, the grouting amount and the grouting pressure change of the single pile foundation, the pile foundation hole forming and reaming conditions and the like are analyzed, four grouting holes are evenly formed in the periphery of the pile, normal grouting is achieved, the construction requirement can be met, the reaming rate of the pile foundation is further reduced to 7%, the grouting construction period of the pile foundation is obviously shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the grouting cost is obviously reduced.
