The invention provides a deep foundation pit supporting system with micro-deformation self-adjusting control, which comprises a plurality of supporting piles arranged side by side, a top beam arranged at the top of the supporting piles, a displacement sensor arranged at the top of the supporting piles close to the top beam, and a combined truss arranged along the side walls of the supporting piles, a plurality of inclined strut steel pipes are uniformly arranged along the outer side wall of the supporting pile and/or the combined truss, one end of each inclined strut steel pipe is rotationally or fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the supporting pile and/or the combined truss, the other end of each inclined strut steel pipe is inserted into a soil body, and a self-stabilizing assembly is arranged at the end, inserted into the soil body, of each inclined strut steel pipe; the invention further discloses a construction method of the deep foundation pit supporting system with the micro-deformation self-adjusting control function. In this way, deformation of the foundation pit can be controlled within a controllable range.
