Municipal road manhole cover enhanced anti-settling process
The invention relates to a municipal road manhole cover enhanced type anti-sedimentation technology. The technology comprises the steps that a water stabilizer is constructed, a reverse digging groove is cut and excavated, and a concrete prefabricated cover plate is installed; the positioning height of the well lid is positioned; bending a steel bar circular ring as a supporting ring, and cutting the supporting piece; the supporting ring and the supporting piece are welded to form a framework; a pipe sleeve is cut and installed, and spiral steel bars are arranged on the periphery of the pipe sleeve; the pipe sleeve is filled with asphalt paste, and the supporting piece is inserted into the pipe sleeve; a well lid is placed on the framework; and well reinforcing steel bars are bound on the periphery of the framework, well reinforcing concrete is poured in the back-digging groove, and an asphalt layer is paved. The framework made of the steel bars is used for replacing cushion blocks to support and overhead the well lid, the structural strength of supporting the well lid is improved, meanwhile, the steel sleeve serves as a pipe sleeve fixing framework, the spiral steel bars are arranged on the periphery of the pipe sleeve, the structural strength is further improved, the strength and stability of the inspection well lid are improved, and the service life of a road and the well lid is prolonged; and the overall anti-settling capacity and flatness around the manhole cover can be greatly improved.
