The invention discloses an offshore wind power single pile indoor piling test device which comprises a base, a supporting frame, a connecting structure, a lifting device and a pile hammer, the base moves relative to a test soil groove through a first sliding rail mechanism, the supporting frame is located above the base and connected with the base, and the connecting structure is connected with the lifting device. The connecting structure is connected with the top of the supporting frame through a second sliding rail mechanism, the lifting device is connected with the second sliding rail mechanism, the pile hammer is in transmission connection with the lifting device, and the pile hammer is connected with the connecting structure in a sliding mode. The indoor piling test device for the offshore wind power single pile, provided by the invention, has the advantages of realizing variable drop points, being convenient to adjust and reducing the test cost.
