The invention discloses a steel structure system which comprises horizontal anti-lateral frames and vertical bearing frames arranged between the adjacent horizontal anti-lateral frames. A composite floor slab used for friction energy dissipation is arranged on the horizontal anti-lateral frame and the vertical bearing frame in a sliding mode. The horizontal anti-lateral frame comprises a first frame column, a first frame beam and a self-resetting support which is arranged in the frame and realizes a resetting function; the vertical bearing frame comprises a second frame column and a second frame beam; the first frame beam is connected with the second frame column through a connecting part, and composite floor slabs are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the first frame beam and the second frame beam. The prefabricating and assembling method of the steel structure system comprises the steps that the frame columns, the frame beams, the self-resetting supports, the composite floor slab units and the cover plates are prefabricated, and the modules are selected according to the requirements of site construction to complete assembling of the modules. The force transmission mechanism of the structure can be effectively improved, and the anti-seismic toughness of the structure is improved; and each component part can be prefabricated and produced in a factory, so that the construction efficiency is high.
