Through the arrangement of the shock insulation support body, the shock insulation effect can be achieved, conduction of seismic waves in a building is hindered, the building is protected, and through the arrangement of the damper, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate can be limited and pulled; on the basis, under the condition that a building, a wall or a stand column exerts pulling force on the shock insulation support, the damper can buffer the pulling force, then the influence of the pulling force on the shock insulation support is reduced or avoided, the shock insulation effect can be improved, and the safety of the building is guaranteed.
