The invention discloses a cylinder formwork and a cylinder, and the cylinder formwork comprises a steel reinforcement framework in the shape of a quadrangular prism; the welding framework comprises four stand columns and an annular reinforcing hoop, the four stand columns are arranged beside the four edges of the steel reinforcement framework in the length direction of the steel reinforcement framework, and the four stand columns are fixedly connected with the steel reinforcement framework through the annular reinforcing hoop; the mold shell is in a four-edge cylinder shape with two open ends, the mold shell is arranged on the outer side of the welding framework in a sleeving mode, welding openings communicated with the interior and the exterior of the mold shell are formed in the four edges of the mold shell, welding pieces are arranged at the welding openings of the mold shell, and the welding pieces are welded to the stand columns corresponding to the welding openings where the welding pieces are located. The column body comprises the column body formwork and concrete located in the column body formwork.
