The opposite-pull screw rod is used for being arranged on the original building beam in a penetrating manner; wherein the side wall is provided with a grouting hole used for filling fine aggregate concrete and an overflow hole used for checking the content of the fine aggregate concrete, and a plurality of steel bars are welded on the bottom surface. The size of the cross section of the reinforced beam can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the steel plate groove according to engineering requirements, and operation is easy; and after the reinforcement operation is completed, the formwork removal operation is not needed, so that the process steps are saved, and meanwhile, the house beam is additionally reinforced.
