The reinforcing structure comprises a top annular gusset plate, a bottom annular gusset plate and a plurality of supporting steel pipes, the top annular gusset plate and the bottom annular gusset plate are fixedly arranged on the outer side of the concrete-filled steel tube column, and the two ends of each supporting steel pipe are connected with the top annular gusset plate and the bottom annular gusset plate correspondingly; lateral restraining pieces are arranged between the supporting steel pipes and connected with the adjacent supporting steel pipes. A radial constraint piece is arranged between the supporting steel pipe and the concrete column, one end of the radial constraint piece is fixedly connected with the supporting steel pipe, and the other end is connected with the steel pipe concrete column; during construction, the jack is used for applying pre-pressure to the reinforcing structure; and then the stiffening ribs are welded for reinforcement, and the jack is removed. The original structure is not damaged, and the safety of the original structure in the reinforcing construction process can be guaranteed; the fabricated all-steel structure reinforcing scheme is adopted, the construction method is convenient and fast, the construction difficulty is small, and the construction period can be greatly shortened.
本发明公开了一种窑尾用钢管混凝土柱的加固结构及其加固方法,加固结构包括固定设置在钢管混凝土柱外侧的顶部环形节点板、底部环形节点板,以及若干支撑钢管,支撑钢管两端分别连接顶部环形节点板、底部环形节点板;所述支撑钢管之间设有侧向约束件,侧向约束件连接相邻的支撑钢管;支撑钢管和混凝土柱之间设有径向约束件,径向约束件一端与支撑钢管固定连接,另一端与钢管混凝土柱相连;本发明施工时利用千斤顶对加固结构施加预压力;再焊接加劲肋进行加固并撤除千斤顶。本发明不破坏原有结构,能够保证原结构在加固施工过程中的安全性;采取装配式全钢结构加固方案,施工方法便捷,施工难度小,可以大幅度缩短施工工期。
