Moon polar region water-ice-containing simulated lunar soil and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses water-ice-containing simulated lunar soil in the polar region of the lunar and a preparation method of the water-ice-containing simulated lunar soil, and belongs to a target object simulation preparation method in the field of lunar exploration engineering. The preparation method of the simulated lunar soil comprises the steps of preparing basic dry soil and preparing a water-containing ice sample. Selecting anorthite powder and volcanic ash powder, mixing, adding magnetic powder, uniformly mixing, adding ammonium bicarbonate, and mixing; the mixture is subjected to high-pressure consolidation forming and put into a vacuum tube furnace to be sintered and cured at high temperature, and simulated bedrock is obtained; and crushing the simulated bedrock by adopting high-energy impact, screening particles, and remixing according to preset particle gradation to obtain the basic dry soil. Basic dry soil is placed in a low-temperature and vacuum environment, ultrasonic atomization water vapor is introduced, dry soil particles are captured in the low-temperature and vacuum environment, the water vapor is desublimated to form pore water ice, and a water-containing ice sample is obtained. The polar region water-ice-containing simulated lunar soil prepared by the invention has the advantages of high fidelity, low cost, environmental protection, no pollution and the like, and can effectively simulate the physical and mechanical properties of lunar polar region lunar soil in a lunar surface low-gravity environment.
本发明公开了一种月球极区含水冰模拟月壤及其制备方法,属于探月工程领域的目标物模拟制备方法。该模拟月壤的制备分为:基础干壤制备、含水冰样制备。选取钙长石粉、火山灰粉混合,加入磁粉均匀混合,再加入碳酸氢铵混合;将混合物高压固结成型,放入真空管式炉高温烧结固化获得模拟基岩;采用高能冲击破碎模拟基岩、筛分颗粒,按照预定颗粒级配重新混合后得到基础干壤。将基础干壤放置低温、真空环境,通入超声雾化水汽,干壤颗粒在低温、真空环境下捕捉、凝华水汽形成孔隙水冰,得到含水冰样。本发明制备的极区含水冰模拟月壤具有高保真、低成本、环保无污染等优点,可有效模拟月表低重力环境下月球极区月壤的物理力学特性。
