The invention discloses an asphalt mixture gradation segregation evaluation method based on indoor test and discrete element simulation, which comprises the following steps of: carrying out indoor test on aggregates in an actual asphalt mixture, continuously applying vibration load to the aggregates, screening and calculating the mass ratio of the aggregates in different particle size ranges in different areas of a test piece, evaluating the gradation segregation performance of the aggregate by virtue of the change of a gradation curve; meanwhile, a vibration sequence is applied to the asphalt mixture in a bonding state in a discrete element analogue simulation mode, and the average height from aggregate in different particle size ranges to a time bottom surface is calculated to evaluate the grading segregation performance of the asphalt mixture. According to the method, quantitative indexes are provided for evaluating the grading segregation performance, and an effective method is provided for grading segregation evaluation and prediction of the asphalt mixture under the transportation vibration condition.
本发明公开了一种基于室内试验和离散元仿真的沥青混合料级配离析评估法,对实际沥青混合料中的集料进行室内试验,对集料持续施加振动荷载,并筛分和计算试件不同区域内不同粒径范围集料的质量比,辅以级配曲线的变化评价集料的级配离析性能;同时利用离散元仿真模拟的方式对黏结状态下的沥青混合料施加振动序列,计算不同粒径范围集料距离时间底面的平均高度来评价沥青混合料的级配离析性能。本发明提出了定量的指标来评价级配离析性能,为沥青混合料在运输振动条件下的级配离析评估与预测提供了一种有效的方法。
