The invention discloses a phase change energy storage material prepared from ceramsite and a preparation method thereof.According to the technology, the thermal insulation and porous characteristics of the ceramsite are utilized, the pore structure of the ceramsite is further enlarged, negative pressure adsorption of the phase change material is carried out, then surface sealing packaging is carried out, and the phase change energy storage material is prepared with thin-wall large-pore ceramsite as a phase change carrier, the ceramsite phase-change energy storage particle takes a phase-change material as an energy storage main body and takes a packaging material as a sealing colloid. The ceramsite is screened before being used, and the ceramsite with different sizes is subjected to negative pressure acid leaching by adopting different acid concentrations, so that a larger hollow structure is formed; the phase change material can be paraffin, fatty acid and derivatives thereof; the phase-change energy storage material is widely applied to various fields; and heat is absorbed or released by utilizing the change of the physical state of the phase change material, so that the temperature is controlled, the environment high temperature can be reduced, the environment low temperature can be increased, and the peak clipping and valley leveling benefits of the environment temperature can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种利用陶粒制备的相变储能材料及其制备方法,本技术是利用陶粒的保温及多空特性,并进一步加大陶粒的孔隙结构,进行相变材料的负压吸附,再经过表面密封封装,制作成以薄壁大孔的陶粒为相变载体,以相变材料为储能主体,和以封装材料为密封胶体的陶粒相变储能颗粒。陶粒在使用之前进行筛分,不同大小的陶粒采用不同酸浓度进行负压酸浸,使之形成更大的中空结构;相变材料可以是石蜡、脂肪酸及其衍生物;相变储能材料在众多领域有着广泛的应用;利用相变材料的物态的变化,进行吸收或释放热量,从而进行温度控制,可以降低环境高温温度,提升环境低温温度,达到对环境温度的“削峰平谷”效益。
