Mixing the raw materials in proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain slurry; and quickly injecting the slurry into a mold, controlling the initial setting time and the final setting time of the slurry, and molding to obtain the phosphogypsum light partition board. According to the scheme, the process is simple, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, and the prepared phosphogypsum light partition board is high in strength, good in sound insulation effect and good in fireproof performance and can be widely applied to the field of buildings.
