Magnesium oxychloride cement composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a magnesium oxychloride cement composite material which comprises a magnesium oxychloride cement base material and a photocatalytic material added into the magnesium oxychloride cement base material, and the photocatalytic material is a BiOCl < x > X < 1-x > material loaded with g-C3N4; wherein X is F, Br or I, and x is equal to 0.1-0.9. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S10, preparing a g-C3N4 powder material; and S20, preparing and forming a BiOCl < x > X < 1-x > material loaded with g-C3N4 by adopting a microwave solvothermal method, so as to obtain the photocatalytic material, s30, preparing a magnesium chloride solution, adding the photocatalytic material into the magnesium chloride solution, and stirring and dispersing to obtain mixed slurry; and S40, adding magnesium oxide into the mixed slurry, and stirring and dispersing to prepare the magnesium oxychloride cement composite material. The BiOClxX1-x material loaded with g-C3N4 is used as a photocatalyst to be applied to magnesium oxychloride cement, a photocatalytic magnesium oxychloride cement composite material with visible light response is constructed, and the self-cleaning performance and pollutant treatment efficiency of a building material are improved.
