The polymer emulsion waterproof coating comprises a type I waterproof coating and a type II waterproof coating, and the type I waterproof coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of acrylic acid waterproof emulsion, 0.2 part of a first dispersing agent, 0.2 part of a defoaming agent, 10 parts of quartz powder, 20 parts of heavy calcium powder and 70 parts of cement.
