The maintenance car is arranged below the stay cable to be maintained, and is connected with the wind-resistant assembly through a stabilizing rope; the stable rope is elastic and always in a tensioned state, the stable rope and the two connecting points of the maintenance car form a stable triangular structure, the original structure and function of the maintenance car are not changed, and the wind-resistant self-stability of the maintenance car can be greatly improved only by adding one set of wind-resistant assembly.
