Synchronous lifting system and method for multi-pier-column construction platform
The invention relates to the field of column and straining beam integrated construction, and discloses a synchronous lifting system and method for a multi-pier-column construction platform, the synchronous lifting system comprises a plurality of straining beam supporting mechanisms, pier formwork mechanisms and a climbing control system, the straining beam supporting mechanisms are connected with the adjacent pier formwork mechanisms, and each pier formwork mechanism comprises a lifting frame; a plurality of lifting jacks are arranged on the lifting frame; the invention further discloses a synchronous lifting method for the multi-pier-column construction platform. The synchronous lifting method comprises the steps that firstly, the displacement sensors are adjusted to be in the initial state; and 2, all the lifting jacks are driven to climb on the supporting rods at the same time, so that the lifting frame and the pier formwork mechanism are driven to climb, a displacement sensor transmits the measured climbing distance of the lifting jacks to a controller, the controller controls the lifting jacks according to data of the displacement sensor, and it is guaranteed that the displacement amount of each lifting jack is equal. The danger that a straining beam formwork supporting mechanism is erected again is avoided, and it is guaranteed that all pier formworks are synchronously lifted during multi-pier-column construction.
