And the connecting top frame is arranged above the existing steel box arch structure and is connected with the two operation frames. The walking inclined frame is arranged above the existing steel box arch structure and located below the connecting top frame, and a walking gear is installed in the walking inclined frame. Two rack-shaped walking rails are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the top face of the existing steel box arch structure, and the walking gears are meshed with the walking rails so that the walking gears can roll and move along the walking rails. The walking gear is provided with a gear locking device, and the walking gear can stop rolling through the gear locking device. 本发明提出一种钢箱拱施工用自行式挂架平台,其包括有可移动的设置于既有钢箱拱结构上的挂架主体,挂架主体具有作业架、连接顶架和行走斜架。2个作业架对称设于既有钢箱拱结构的两侧,其内安装有作业平台。连接顶架设于既有钢箱拱结构上方,连接2个作业架。行走斜架设于既有钢箱拱结构上方且位于连接顶架下方,其内安装有行走齿轮。既有钢箱拱结构的顶面两侧具有对称设置的2条齿条状的行走轨道,行走齿轮与行走轨道相互齿合,使行走齿轮沿行走轨道滚动移动。行走齿轮装配有齿轮锁止装置,通过齿轮锁止装置可使行走齿轮停止滚动。本发明能够实现在钢箱拱结构的高空作业时作业平台的自由移动和锁止,提升施工效率,且安全性能优越。
