The invention relates to a construction method for joint connection of an underground diaphragm wall and a secant pile in deep foundation pit engineering, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, constructing the underground diaphragm wall on one side of a joint part, and arranging no reinforcement on a small section of the underground diaphragm wall close to the secant pile side; then, the occluded plain pile on the other side of the joint is constructed; and finally, a slot milling machine is adopted for cutting a section of plain concrete for the underground diaphragm wall and the occluded plain pile on the two sides of the joint position respectively to complete a lap-joint underground diaphragm wall for'hard occlusion '. According to the method, the joint is cut and connected through the slot milling machine, on one hand, the problem that the perpendicularity deviation is low during construction due to uneven stress of different structural forms on the two sides is solved, meanwhile, the rigidity of the weak part of the joint is improved, on the other hand, the water stopping effect of the weak part of the joint is enhanced, and other water stopping measures do not need to be additionally added.
本发明涉及一种深基坑工程中地下连续墙与咬合桩接头连接的施工方法,首先,施工接头部位一侧的地下连续墙,该地下连续墙靠咬合桩侧一小段长度不配筋;接着施工接头另一侧的咬合素桩;最后采用铣槽机对接头位置两侧地下连续墙和咬合素桩分别切削一段素混凝土完成一幅搭接地下连续墙进行“硬咬合”。该方法利用铣槽机进行接头处的切削、连接,一方面克服了因两侧不同结构形式受力不均造成施工时垂直度偏差低的问题,同时增加了接头薄弱部位的刚度,另一方面也加强了接头薄弱部位的止水效果,不需要额外再增加其它止水措施。
