The invention discloses an anti-seismic anchor cable structure which is used for being installed in an anchor hole, the anchor hole is drilled in a side slope, the anchor hole extends from the surface of the side slope to the interior of the side slope, the anti-seismic anchor cable structure comprises a first anchor cable and a second anchor cable, and the extending tail end, facing the anchor hole, of the second anchor cable is anchored in the anchor hole. The end, extending out of the anchor hole, of the first anchor cable is anchored to the surface of the slope, and the first anchor cable and the second anchor cable are elastically connected through an energy dissipation and shock absorption structure. When vibration occurs, the energy dissipation and shock absorption structure can generate elastic stretching deformation or elastic compression deformation along with relative departure or relative approaching of the first anchor cable and the second anchor cable; the anti-seismic anchor cable structure disclosed by the invention can improve the anti-seismic property of the anchor cable on the premise of not damaging the anchoring force of the original anchor cable, has the energy dissipation and toughening functions which are not possessed by the conventional anchor cable, can resist a certain degree of power damage effect through the energy dissipation and shock absorption structure, and can be automatically recovered after deformation; and the method has very important significance on slope prevention and control engineering in a multi-earthquake region.
