Static pressure pile splicing method
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a static pressure pile splicing method which comprises the following steps: pile splicing and welding: when a pile head of a lower-section pile is away from the ground by a preset distance, pile pressing is stopped, pile splicing is welded, and the pile splicing welding process is controlled within preset time; wherein the pile welding and splicing comprises the following steps of: before the pile welding and splicing, cleaning the welding surfaces of two sections of pipe piles; during pile splicing, the axes of the upper pile section and the lower pile section are consistent, and the dislocation deviation is smaller than a preset dislocation deviation value; during pile splicing, a guide hoop is installed on the pile head of the lower pile section, the upper pile section is guided to be in place, and the welding faces of the upper pile section and the lower pile section are tightly attached; the butt-joint pile is inspected, and if the butt-joint pile is inspected to be qualified, positioning spot welding is conducted; the guide hoop is dismantled, and symmetrical layered welding is carried out; windproof treatment is carried out during welding; and after welding is completed, quality inspection is conducted on welding, and if inspection is qualified, beating is conducted after welding cooling is conducted for preset time. According to the scheme, risks affecting the welding quality are controlled in the welding process, and the welding quality can be improved.
