The invention relates to a cast-in-place wall component for a house building and a construction method of the cast-in-place wall component. The cast-in-place wall component comprises side plates, connecting plates, transverse clamping components, transverse ribs and vertical ribs. The transverse ribs are arranged in the upper and lower grooves, and the upper and lower transverse ribs and the vertical ribs are fixed together through connecting pieces wound on the vertical ribs; each transverse clamping component comprises a limiting groove, a limiting block, a first connecting rod, a connecting sleeve and a second connecting rod, the limiting grooves are formed in the two adjacently assembled connecting plates, each limiting groove is provided with a trapezoidal inner cavity, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are left-hand thread screws, the two connecting rods are in threaded connection through the connecting sleeves matched with the connecting rods, and the limiting blocks are arranged in the limiting grooves. The limiting block is fixed at the outer end part of the connecting rod; the wallboards made of concrete are used as formworks, formwork removal is not needed in the using process, connection between the steel reinforcement frameworks and the connecting plates is stable, the sealing performance between the assembled wallboards is good, slurry leakage is avoided, the construction efficiency is improved, the outer wall of the wall body is preset in advance, and wall body cracks are avoided.
