The invention relates to the technical field of gutters, in particular to a roof component with a gutter and a pitched roof with the roof component. The roof member comprises a gutter mounting groove formed at the edge of the roof; the gutter main body comprises a plurality of gutter base plates and a plurality of gutter auxiliary plates; any gutter auxiliary plate is detachably arranged at any adjacent gutter base plate; the inner wall of the gutter base plate is covered with an elastic sealing layer, a clamping mechanism is arranged between the outer wall of the gutter auxiliary plate and the inner wall of the gutter base plate, and the clamping mechanism is used for abutting the outer wall of the gutter auxiliary plate against the elastic sealing layer. Through the structure, any gutter auxiliary plate can shield the gap between the adjacent gutter base plates, so that rainwater is prevented from seeping into the roof surface of the roof from the gap between the gutter base plates; and due to the arrangement of the clamping mechanism, the gutter auxiliary plate can abut against the elastic sealing layer through the clamping mechanism, and therefore the waterproof effect of the gutter main body is further improved. The pitched roof comprises the roof component.
