The invention discloses a gutter waterproof roll anti-bulging device and a using method thereof. The gutter waterproof roll anti-bulging device comprises a horizontal supporting rod and a vertical supporting rod. The horizontal supporting rod comprises a horizontal supporting rod pipe and adjustable adsorption supporting assemblies installed at the two ends of the horizontal supporting rod pipe, each adjustable adsorption supporting assembly comprises a threaded rod and a suction cup fixed to one end of the threaded rod, and the threaded rods are connected with the two ends of the horizontal supporting rod pipe through threads. The vertical supporting rod comprises a hoop, a vertical supporting rod pipe and an adjustable adsorption supporting assembly, the hoop is fixed to one end of the vertical supporting rod pipe, and the end, away from the hoop, of the vertical supporting rod pipe is in threaded connection with the adjustable adsorption supporting assembly; the horizontal supporting rod is horizontally arranged and is adsorbed and fixed on a waterproof roll on the side wall of a gutter through the adjustable adsorption supporting assemblies at the two ends, and the multiple vertical supporting rods are arranged in the length direction of the horizontal supporting rod; and the vertical supporting rod is fixed on the horizontal supporting rod pipe through a hoop and is adsorbed and fixed on a waterproof roll on the bottom surface of the gutter through an adjustable adsorption supporting assembly. The device can effectively prevent the gutter coiled material from bulging.
