Method for improving steel fiber surface roughness and improving performance by aiming at UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete)
The invention discloses a method for improving the surface roughness and performance of steel fibers by aiming at UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete), and is applied to the technical field of preparation of rough steel fibers. Comprising the following steps: removing oil on the surface of the steel fiber by using a neutral hydrocarbon oil-removing cleaning agent; putting the steel fibers into an electroplating bath for copper plating; cleaning impurities on the surfaces of the steel fibers with distilled water after copper plating is completed, and enabling the surfaces to be neutral; and the cleaned steel fibers are dried, and the steel fibers are put into a drying box to be dried. The steel fibers and the white sand are mixed and stirred to achieve nicking; and cleaning the surface of the steel fiber with distilled water and drying in the drying box again. According to the rough steel fiber surface and the nicks, the friction resistance between the steel fiber and a concrete matrix is effectively increased, cracks caused by self-shrinkage of concrete are inhibited, and the mechanical property of the concrete is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种针对UHPC增加钢纤维表面粗糙度提升性能的方法,应用于粗糙型钢纤维制备技术领域。包括以下步骤:用中性碳氢去油清洗剂对钢纤维表面除油;将钢纤维放入电镀槽中进行镀铜;镀铜完成后用蒸馏水清洗钢纤维表面杂质并使表面呈中性;对清洗结束的钢纤维进行干燥,将钢纤维放入烘干箱进行烘干。将钢纤维与白沙进行混合搅拌实现刻痕;再次对钢纤维的表面进行蒸馏水清洗以及烘干箱烘干。本发明的粗糙钢纤维表面与刻痕,有效的增加了钢纤维与混凝土基体的摩擦阻力,抑制了混凝土自收缩而产生的裂缝,大幅提升了混凝土的力学性能。
