本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,其将普通硅酸盐水泥、砂、矿渣粉依次加入到搅拌机中,低速搅拌1min,搅拌均匀,再往1)缓慢加入水,高速搅拌3mi,再依次在混凝土中缓慢加入早强剂、减水剂、激发剂、保水剂,高速搅拌8min以上,制得混凝土,包括普通硅酸盐水泥200~400份、砂300~500份、矿渣粉200~300份、水400~600份。且公开了一种免蒸养废渣UHPC混凝土的制备方法及应用,通过采用促强减缩剂替代早强剂,通过合理调节其成分配比产生协同作用,使得制备得到的混凝土的早期强度较高,从而满足免蒸养快速脱模的要求,同时促强、保水剂的加入,可以同时调节混凝土的耐久性、抗渗性与保水性,同时养护时间减少,提高生产效率,同时强度不会降低。
