Preparation method of low-cost fiber reinforced aerogel
The invention discloses a low-cost preparation method of fiber-reinforced aerogel, which comprises the following steps: S1) oxidizing nano-powder, and preparing a nano-powder aqueous solution; s2) soaking the porous material in the nanopowder aqueous solution, and performing ultrasonic vibration treatment to uniformly distribute the nanopowder in pores of the porous material; s3) drying and sintering the porous material subjected to ultrasonic soaking in a microwave drying oven; and S4) repeating the steps S2-S3 until the aerogel meeting the density requirement is obtained. According to the preparation method of the low-cost fiber-reinforced aerogel, provided by the invention, the fiber-reinforced aerogel has good toughness and mechanical strength which are not possessed by common aerogel, can be extruded, and does not crack or deform after being extruded; meanwhile, the composite material has extremely high corrosion resistance, heat insulation and sound insulation performance and unique air permeability, is low in manufacturing cost and can be produced on a large scale.
本发明公开了一种低成本的纤维增强气凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1)对纳米粉末进行氧化,并制备纳米粉末水溶液;S2)将多孔材料浸泡在纳米粉末水溶液中,并进行超声振动处理,使得纳米粉末在多孔材料的孔隙中均匀分布;S3)将超声浸泡后的多孔材料放置在微波干燥箱内进行干燥和烧结;S4)重复步骤S2‑S3直至得到符合密度要求的气凝胶。本发明提供的低成本的纤维增强气凝胶的制备方法,具有普通气凝胶所不具备的良好韧性和机械强度,可挤压,挤压后不破裂,不变形;同时还具有极高的耐腐蚀、隔热、隔音性能和独特的透气性,且制造成本低,可大批量生产。
