Nano self-cleaning ceramic glaze and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of ceramic glaze, in particular to nano self-cleaning ceramic glaze and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding 809 frit, potassium feldspar, quartz, calcite, calcined kaolin, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, iron oxide, a nanoscale additive and a nanoscale auxiliary agent, and sieving to obtain glaze; uniformly brushing the glaze on the surface of a ceramic adobe, sintering, and cooling to obtain the nano self-cleaning ceramic glaze. According to the invention, the nanoscale additive is added into the glaze to form a glaze surface structure with a nanoscale structure size, so that a layer of gas film is formed among the glaze surface, water drops and dirt by utilizing the nano structure, and the self-cleaning and hydrophobic capabilities of the ceramic are enhanced; according to the prepared nano self-cleaning ceramic glaze, the nano structure is constructed on the glaze layer, so that the stability of the self-cleaning performance of the ceramic glaze is kept, and the permanent self-cleaning effect of a ceramic product is achieved.
