The invention provides an open caisson structure which comprises an inner side plate, an outer side plate arranged outside the inner side plate and an enclosure structure arranged between the inner side plate and the outer side plate, the enclosure structure comprises cast-in-place piles and angle adjusting pieces which are alternately arranged, the cast-in-place piles comprise one or more vertical pile bodies which are annularly arranged, and the angle adjusting pieces are arranged between the cast-in-place piles and the vertical pile bodies. The angle adjusting pieces are arranged on the vertical pile body in an up-down staggered mode, and each angle adjusting piece comprises a positioning base, a positioning arm installed in the positioning base, an adjusting knob installed on the positioning base and in linkage fit with the positioning arm, a left adjusting rod and a right adjusting rod, and the left adjusting rod and the right adjusting rod are installed on the two sides of the positioning arm. The interior of the open caisson structure can be reinforced, and the situation that the open caisson inclines and deviates after construction is avoided.
