The invention discloses a water supply and drainage pipeline anti-blocking method which comprises the following steps: S1, debugging a water supply and drainage pipeline device: checking whether a filter screen of the water supply and drainage pipeline device is cleaned or not, checking whether sundries exist on a conveying belt of the water supply and drainage pipeline device or not, and checking whether a sealing door and a discharge door of the water supply and drainage pipeline device are closed or not; starting a conveying assembly of the water supply and drainage pipeline device to observe whether a conveying belt operates normally and check whether a buoyancy plate moves smoothly; s2, filtering: starting a conveying assembly, enabling a conveying belt to start running, connecting sewage with a water inlet pipe of a water supply and drainage pipeline device, and enabling the sewage to enter a box body of the water supply and drainage pipeline device through the water inlet pipe; and S3, cleaning. According to the drainage pipeline, impurities in water can be conveniently filtered when the drainage pipeline discharges sewage, heavy impurities sink on the bottom conveying belt to facilitate subsequent discharge, the pipeline is effectively prevented from being blocked by the impurities, heavy and small impurities can be conveniently discharged, and the use effect is remarkable.
