The invention discloses a UHPC-adopted spaced inner flange U-shaped shell formwork concrete beam and a construction method, relates to the technical field of building structure engineering, and solves the problems that an existing shell formwork concrete beam is poor in anti-seismic property, and a traditional steel bar structure is large in weight, not resistant to corrosion, inconvenient to install and poor in bearing capacity and ductility. The device comprises a shell mold, a steel reinforcement framework and common concrete, the shell mold is of a U-shaped structure and is made of ultra-high-performance concrete, and the steel reinforcement framework is arranged in a cavity of the shell mold; common concrete is poured in the cavity; a plurality of U-shaped flanges are arranged on the inner surface of the shell mold at equal intervals, and closed hoops are embedded in the U-shaped flanges; and a plurality of CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) grid fabrics are also embedded in the shell mold body. The UHPC shell mold adopted by the invention is directly assembled after being transported to a site, so that the installation is convenient and fast; by utilizing the advantages of high toughness and small deformation of the UHPC shell mold, the accuracy of the section size in site construction is ensured, the construction quality is improved, the performance of each component is fully exerted, and the service life of the component is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种采用UHPC的带间隔内凸缘U型壳模混凝土梁及施工方法,涉及建筑结构工程技术领域,解决了现有壳模混凝土梁抗震性能差,传统钢筋结构重量大、不耐腐蚀、安装不方便、承载力与延展性能不好的问题。本发明包括壳模、钢筋骨架和普通混凝土,壳模为U型结构,材质为超高性能混凝土,壳模的空腔中设置有钢筋骨架;在空腔中浇筑有普通混凝土;壳模内表面等间距设置有若干U型凸缘,U型凸缘内部埋设有闭合箍;壳模本体内还埋设有若干CFRP网格织物。本发明采用的UHPC壳模运至现场后直接进行拼装,安装方便快捷;利用UHPC壳模高韧性、变形小的优点,保证现场施工中截面尺寸的准确性,提高施工质量,充分发挥各构件性能,延长构件的使用寿命。
