The invention relates to a foam soil material, in particular to a preparation method of bio-based polyurethane foam soil. The invention relates to a preparation method of bio-based polyurethane foam soil, which comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning, airing and crushing recycled polyurethane foam to obtain polyurethane foam particles; (2) airing and sieving the fine aggregate to obtain air-dried fine aggregate; (3) carrying out amplification culture and centrifugal concentration on the bacillus pasteurii to obtain a bacillus pasteurii suspension; and (4) doping fly ash into the air-dried fine aggregate, adding the bacterial suspension, uniformly mixing, adding polyurethane foam particles, a nutrient source and a calcium source, uniformly mixing, filling into a mold, and curing to obtain the bio-based polyurethane foam soil. The method is small in soil material consumption, low in cost, excellent in performance and free of secondary pollution.
