The invention relates to a waste refractory material-containing magnesium-calcium joint mixture for 180t AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization) and a preparation method of the waste refractory material-containing magnesium-calcium joint mixture. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing a recycled waste magnesium-calcium refractory material, and carrying out centrifugal treatment to obtain white fine powder; pouring 55 to 70 weight percent of white fine powder, 5 to 23 weight percent of fused magnesia fine powder, 10 to 20 weight percent of dolomite fine powder, 5 to 10 weight percent of raw dolomite fine powder and 0.5 to 1.5 weight percent of additive fine powder into a mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain premixed fine powder; the premixed fine powder is put into a vacuum packaging machine to be packaged, and then the magnesium-calcium joint sealing material containing the waste refractory materials and used for 180 t of AOD is obtained. The magnesium-calcium joint sealing material containing the waste refractory and used for 180t AOD can form certain combination in the baking process and has certain strength; in the smelting process, a compact sintering layer can be rapidly formed, and slag is prevented from corroding a refractory material.
本发明涉及一种含废旧耐材的180t AOD用镁钙填缝料及其制备方法,技术方案为将回收的废旧镁钙耐火材料进行破粉碎后离心处理得到白色细粉;将55~70wt%的所述白色细粉、5~23wt%的电熔镁砂细粉、10~20wt%的白云石细粉、5~10wt%生白云石细粉的0.5~1.5wt%的添加剂细粉倒入混料机中混合均匀后得到预混细粉;将所述预混细粉放入真空包装机中包装完毕后得到含废旧耐材的180t AOD用镁钙填缝料。本发明所制备的含废旧耐材的180t AOD用镁钙填缝料在烘烤过程中即可形成一定的结合并具有一定的强度;在冶炼过程中,能够迅速形成致密烧结层,阻挡渣对耐火材料的侵蚀。
