The invention relates to a fixed winch type hoist installation method which comprises the following steps that an embedded anchor plate is firstly installed, a base leveling connecting plate and a nut plate are connected to the bottom of a hoist base through bolts, hexagonal heads of the bolts are made to face upwards, the installation position and elevation of the embedded anchor plate are rechecked till preset requirements are met, and then the embedded anchor plate is installed. According to the installation method, only one-time pouring is needed in the whole process, positioning and detection are controlled on an installation site, the construction efficiency is high, and the installation period is short.
