The invention discloses a garden landscape rainwater collecting and recycling device which comprises a first barrel body, a primary filtering structure, a circulating filtering and storing structure and a circulating waterway system, the primary filtering structure is arranged in the first barrel body, and the circulating filtering and storing structure is arranged outside the first barrel body; the primary filtering structure is used for primarily filtering rainwater, the circulating filtering and storing structure comprises multiple stages of filtering structures, and the circulating water path system conveys the rainwater filtered by the primary filtering structure to the circulating filtering and storing structure for multi-stage filtering; and meanwhile, rainwater which does not reach the standard after multi-stage filtration is conveyed to a multi-stage filtration position of the primary filtration structure or the circulating filtration storage structure for re-filtration. The process is simple, filter materials do not need to be filled, and substances in rainwater can be filtered more finely through multi-stage filtration and circulating filtration, so that the effluent quality is better, and the requirements of modern fine irrigation equipment or recycled water quality are met.
