A second connecting pipe is fixedly connected in the second connecting port; the invention further provides an underground building diversion drainage method which comprises the following steps that S1, pipelines are arranged, specifically, the diversion pipelines are arranged on the outlet sections of the original drainage pipes, and the diversion pipelines are provided with rainwater drainage pipes communicating with the river channel and sewage drainage pipes communicating with the sewage treatment system. According to the sewage treatment device, impurities in sewage can be filtered and collected, pipeline blockage is avoided, the filtering effect of the device is improved, and meanwhile, a water inlet in a fixing ring can be shielded through a water stop block, so that sewage backflow is avoided.
