The invention provides a load-bearing supporting formwork structure of a PC component, and relates to the technical field of concrete components, the load-bearing supporting formwork structure comprises a T-shaped load-bearing supporting formwork, the vertical part of the T-shaped load-bearing supporting formwork is vertically and correspondingly provided with six fixing holes in a penetrating mode, and the T-shaped load-bearing supporting formwork is fixed to a wall body through the six fixing holes and six expansion screws in an inserted and matched mode; four positioning lug blocks are symmetrically welded to the left side and the right side of the vertical part of the T-shaped bearing formwork; the horizontal part of the T-shaped bearing formwork is used for bearing and mounting a PC component; an auxiliary fixing plate is slidably mounted on the four positioning lug blocks, two vertical sliding shafts are symmetrically welded to the left side and the right side of the auxiliary fixing plate, two inclined pull rods are indirectly connected with a horizontal bearing part of a T-shaped bearing formwork through two swing transfer pieces, and the triangular cable-stayed stable structure is located above the top end of a PC component during forming. Compared with the prior art, the installation space of the horizontal bearing part of the T-shaped bearing formwork can be prevented from being invaded, and normal bearing installation of the PC component is not affected.
本发明提供一种PC构件的承重支模结构,涉及混凝土构件技术领域,包括:T形承重支模,所述T形承重支模的竖向部分上呈上下对应贯穿开设有六处固定孔,T形承重支模通过六处固定孔与六处膨胀螺丝穿插配合使用固定于墙体上,且T形承重支模竖向部分的左右两侧对称焊接有四处定位耳块;所述T形承重支模的水平部分用于承托安装PC构件;四处所述定位耳块上滑动安装有一处辅助固定板,辅助固定板的左右两侧对称焊接有两处竖向滑轴,两处倾斜拉杆通过两处摆转传递件间接与T形承重支模的水平承托部分连接,三角斜拉稳定结构成型时位于PC构件的顶端上方,相较于现有技术可避免侵入T形承重支模水平承载部分的安装空间,影响对PC构件正常的承载安装。
