Polypropylene is used as matrix resin in a system, the strength of the coiled material is guaranteed, a soft chain curled structure of octylene and a crystalline ethylene chain in a molecular structure of the POE are used as physical crosslinking points, the coiled material has excellent toughness, no unsaturated double bond and excellent aging resistance, and the POE is narrow in molecular weight distribution and good in compatibility with TPO; the molecules of the coupling agent have functional groups which are chemically reacted with the inorganic filler and the organic polymer respectively, so that the coupling effect is achieved, the binding force of the titanium dioxide and the organic polymer is increased, in addition, the dispersion of the antioxidant can be improved, and the migration loss of the antioxidant can be reduced; the thermochromic microcapsules can effectively perform color conversion according to the environment temperature, so that the temperature of the roof is adjusted, and the pressure of an electrical system is relieved; the water repellent can improve the friction coefficient of the waterproof surface.
本发明提供了一种屋面用TPO防水卷材及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明中聚丙烯作为体系中的基体树脂,保证卷材的强度,POE弹性体的分子结构中辛烯的柔软链卷曲结构和结晶的乙烯链作为物理交联点,具有优异的韧性,没有不饱和双键,具有优良的耐老化性能,且POE弹性体分子量分布窄,与TPO的相容性好;偶联剂分子中具有与无机填料和有机聚合物分别进行化学反应的官能团,起到偶联作用,增加了钛白粉与有机聚合物的结合力,另外可提高抗氧剂的分散,减少抗氧剂的迁移损失;感温变色微胶囊能有效根据环境温度进行颜色转化,从而使屋面达到温度调节,减轻电气系统的压力;憎水剂可以改善防水表面的摩擦系数。
