The rubber pads are arranged between the formworks, the pull rods are sleeved with the rubber sleeves, long holes are formed in the hinges, gaps are reserved, deformation of the formworks is buffered, friction force of the formworks is released and is not directly transmitted to concrete, and therefore concrete cracking is avoided.
