The invention discloses a jacket type damping amplification device which comprises an electric tower and two resistance amplification mechanisms installed on the top of the electric tower, the two resistance amplification mechanisms are arranged in an up-down stacked mode and are a first resistance amplifier and a second resistance amplifier respectively, and the first resistance amplifier comprises an angle steel connecting piece, a human-shaped supporting frame, a diagonal frame and a magnetorheological damper. The number of the angle steel connecting pieces is four, the two sets of angle steel connecting pieces located on the lower portion are fixed to the electric tower, the two sets of angle steel connecting pieces located on the upper portion are connected with the bottom of the second resistance amplifier, and the human-shaped supporting frame comprises two sets of connecting rods which are symmetrically arranged and a vertical rod which is vertically arranged between the two sets of connecting rods. The lower ends of the two connecting rods are connected with the two angle steel connecting pieces respectively. The jacket type resistance device is arranged on the top of the electric tower, when the power equipment is affected by wind power, the wind power is buffered through the jacket type resistance device, small-amplitude relative movement of the power equipment can be achieved, and the safety of the power equipment can be guaranteed.
