The invention relates to a suspension device which comprises a fixed assembly, a telescopic assembly connected with the fixed assembly, and a suspension assembly mounted above the telescopic assembly. The telescopic assembly sequentially comprises a first telescopic rod connected with the fixing assembly, a second telescopic rod connected with the first telescopic rod and a third telescopic rod connected with the second telescopic rod. The hanging assembly comprises a fixing base connected with the third telescopic rod and a supporting unit installed on the fixing base. The telescopic assembly adjusts the height of the supporting unit by changing the positions of the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod relative to the first telescopic rod so as to meet the requirements of lines with different heights. In addition, the invention further discloses a device for fixing the telescopic rod.
