Hydraulically-driven multi-layer mutual-shearing mixing pile drilling machine
The invention relates to the technical field of stirring pile drilling machines, in particular to a hydraulically-driven CS-DSM pile drilling machine for a multi-layer shearing stirring pile, which comprises a power head mechanism, a drill rod mechanism and a stirring drill bit mechanism, the power head mechanism comprises a rotary box body and at least one group of inner and outer drill rod driving components; each of the inner drill rod driving assembly and the outer drill rod driving assembly comprises a driving rotating shaft, a first hydraulic rotary driving part, a second hydraulic rotary driving part and a driving gear; the driving rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the rotary box body; the first and second hydraulic rotary driving parts are respectively connected to two ends of the driving rotating shaft and synchronously drive the driving rotating shaft to rotate; and the driving gear fixedly sleeves the driving rotating shaft. The stirring pile drilling machine has the advantages that through the at least two sets of drill rod driving assemblies, the hydraulic rotary driving pieces which are symmetrically arranged up and down serve as power head driving sources, the geometric dimension, the weight and the cost of the power head can be effectively reduced, the safety and the stability of the drilling machine are improved, and multi-layer mutual shearing stirring pile construction is achieved.
