The invention discloses conductive phase change heat storage concrete and a preparation method thereof, the conductive phase change heat storage concrete comprises cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water, a water reducing agent, a phase change material and a conductive filler; wherein the phase change material is a phase change microcapsule; the conductive filler comprises nano carbon black and steel slag. Heat generated after the conductive concrete is electrified can be stored in time, and integration of heat conduction and heat storage of the concrete is achieved. Compared with conventional conductive phase change heat storage concrete, the phase change microcapsules are pre-coated by the nano carbon black, so that organic combination of the conductive filler and the heat storage material is realized, and the heat production and heat storage efficiency is greatly improved. And meanwhile, when the phase change material releases heat, the heat transfer efficiency is effectively improved by the nano carbon black layer with high thermal conductivity.
