The invention provides a cryogenic heat insulation fibrofelt composite material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of high-performance fiber, 10 to 40 parts of calcium hydroxide powder, 5 to 15 parts of ferric oxide powder, 50 to 100 parts of silica sol and 0.5 to 1 part of silicone oil. The high-performance fiber is one or more of alkali-free glass fiber, basalt fiber, aluminum magnesium fiber and silicon oxide fiber. The composite material is good in low-temperature performance, stable in structure at low temperature, low in volume shrinkage rate and good in heat insulation performance, and meets the cryogenic heat insulation requirement.
