The seamless track seriously damaged steel rail repair welding method comprises the following steps that the distance between a first mark and a second mark is obtained and recorded as a mark distance; cutting a part between the first mark and the heavily damaged steel rail and a part between the second mark and the heavily damaged steel rail; a replacement steel rail is inserted into the seamless track, one end of the replacement steel rail is welded to the seamless track, and the other end is a free end; the distance between the free end of the replaced steel rail and the first mark is obtained and recorded as a welding distance; and determining the distance between the stress locking welding head and the second mark when the free end of the steel rail is replaced for welding according to the mark distance and the welding distance. The marked steel rail lengths before and after welding are kept consistent, stress is prevented from being generated at the welding position, and it is ensured that the locking rail temperatures before and after welding are the same.
