The invention relates to the field of steel bridge deck pavement maintenance and repair, in particular to a steel bridge deck pavement pit and slot disease repairing structure and method. The bottom of the structure is an orthotropic steel plate, the lower layer is a cast-in-place resin concrete pavement with the thickness of 1.5-2.0 cm, the upper layer is a cast-in-place resin concrete pavement with the thickness of 3.0-4.0 cm, and anti-skid gravels are embedded in the surface; and cold-mixed high-toughness resin is used as a binding material for the upper-layer pavement and the lower-layer pavement. The low viscosity of the cold-mixed high-toughness resin is utilized to permeate into the bottom delaminating area of the pavement around the pit slot, so that the cracking of the pavement around the pit slot is prevented. The porosity of the pouring type resin concrete and the pouring type resin concrete is smaller than 3%, no communicated gap exists in the concrete, the compactness is good, and the waterproof effect is excellent; and normal-temperature mixing is adopted in the construction process, so that generation of harmful gas and waste materials is reduced. The maintenance time of the pit slot disease repair structure depends on the air temperature, the air temperature is 23 DEG C for 6 h, the maintenance time is remarkably shortened when sunlight shines or the air temperature is 30 DEG C or above, and compared with a traditional pit slot repair scheme, the time for closing traffic is greatly shortened.
本发明涉及钢桥面铺装养护维修领域,一种钢桥面铺装坑槽病害修补结构以及修补方法。其结构底部为正交异性钢板,下层为1.5~2.0cm厚灌注式树脂混凝土铺装,上层为3.0~4.0cm厚浇注式树脂混凝土铺装,表面嵌入抗滑碎石;上、下两层铺装均使用冷拌高韧树脂作为结合料。灌注式利用冷拌高韧树脂的低粘性渗入坑槽周围铺装底部脱层区域,防止周围铺装开裂。灌注式树脂混凝土和浇注式树脂混凝土孔隙率均小于3%,内部无连通空隙,密实性良好,防水效果优异;施工过程均为常温拌合,减少了有害气体及废料产生。本发明的坑槽病害修补结构养生时间视气温而定,气温23℃为6h,有阳光照射或气温在30℃以上时,养生时间显著缩短,相对传统的坑槽修补方案大幅减少封闭交通的时间。
