The invention discloses a railway sound barrier foundation anchor bolt reinforcing method which comprises the following steps: S1, evaluating the actual service condition of original foundation anchor bolts, determining the number of the foundation anchor bolts capable of being used for bearing and the bearing capacity, and determining the number of newly added foundation anchor bolts; s2, a reinforcing steel plate is additionally arranged on an original steel stand column bottom plate, and meanwhile the position of a newly-added foundation anchor bolt and the size of the reinforcing steel plate are determined; s3, holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the reinforcing steel plates, meanwhile, H-shaped grooves matched with the sound barrier H-shaped steel stand columns are machined in the middles of the reinforcing steel plates, holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the concrete foundation, then the newly-added reinforcing steel plates are welded and fixed to the original steel stand column bottom plates and the roots of the sound barrier H-shaped steel stand columns correspondingly, and a new stress whole is formed; and S4, the newly-added anchor bolts penetrate through the reinforcing steel plates to be inserted into the concrete foundation holes, nuts are tightened, and reinforcing of the anchor bolts is completed. The method can be used for reinforcement after the railway sound barrier anchor bolt fails, and meanwhile, a concrete foundation does not need to be damaged in a large area.
